The Role
We're hiring a Senior Manager – Design to lead creative output across Glance’s global consumer marketing function. This is a senior role for an experienced agency professional with strong design craft, a proven management track record, and the range to work across brand, campaign, social medial, film, and product communication. You'll report directly to the Director of Creative Initiatives and lead the design vision for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand
- Evolve Glance's visual identity across all formats and markets.
- Set the creative standard for the team and ensure all output meets a world-class bar.
- Partner with marketing, product, and content leadership to align design with brand and business objectives.
Multi-Disciplinary Campaigns
- Lead design across a spectrum of applications – Including but not limited to campaigns, product marketing, films, OOH, print, performance advertising, experiential activations, social media, events and more.
- Ensure creative consistency across formats while optimizing each for its medium.
Product Marketing Communication
- Translate Glance's product capabilities into clear, compelling consumer-facing communication across launches, feature moments, and product campaigns.
- Own design for partner and sales-facing materials — pitch decks, sell-in kits, capability presentations — to the same standard as consumer work.
- Work with product and marketing teams to distill complex product narratives into simple, high-impact visual communication.
Film & Photo Production
- Manage film and photo productions end-to-end — from brief and concept through pre-production, shoot, and post.
- Lead director briefings, treatment reviews, casting, and on-set creative direction.
- Own relationships with production houses, directors, and creative vendors.
Team & Delivery
- Manage a team of 6–10 designers across disciplines.
- Own project planning, resourcing, and delivery timelines.
- Provide clear, direct creative feedback that improves output quality across the team.
Culture & Tools
- Maintain a current understanding of consumer culture, design trends, and the US market.
- Integrate AI design tools into team workflows where they improve speed or creative exploration.
What We're Looking For
- 13–15 years of experience in design and visual communications.
- Portfolio showcasing wide experience working for lifestyle and fashion brands.
- World class design execution skills.
- Minimum 10 years at advertising agencies, with hands-on experience across campaigns, film, OOH, social, digital advertising, branding, and ground activations.
- Demonstrated experience managing video, film and photo productions end-to-end from an agency standpoint.
- A portfolio showing strong, consistent craft across multiple formats and categories.
- 3–5 years managing a design team of 6 or more.
- Familiarity with US consumer sensibilities and global brand standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment with high expectations for quality and delivery.
