About Us:

We are recruiting for a family-owned Hotel in New Hampshire. Known for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and homemade breakfasts, they provide a relaxing, personalized experience to guests. They also host a variety of events throughout the year, including private functions and community gatherings.

This job is based in the USA and successful candidates will be fully sponsored and have relocation assistance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Hospitality & Lodging Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Inn. The ideal candidate will combine operational oversight with a warm, guest-first attitude that reflects the hotels family-centered values. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to breakfast.

Requirements

  • Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and grounds are clean, well-maintained, and reflect the charm and quality of the Inn
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring service standards are consistently met
  • Greet and register guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure all special requests are handled with care
  • Supervise and support front-desk and housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Coordinate front-desk operations, room assignments, billing, and reservations
  • Maintain and track daily operations including occupancy, expenses, inventory, and vendor relations
  • Set and manage budgets, approve purchases, and optimize resource allocation across departments
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, small weddings, and group bookings
  • Work closely with kitchen and breakfast staff to maintain our high standards of food and service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lodging, innkeeping, or hospitality management required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving ability in a guest-focused environment
  • Comfortable with hands-on management, including occasional assistance with front-desk or housekeeping tasks
  • Proficient in property management software (or willing to learn)
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
  • A passion for New England hospitality and a genuine love for making guests feel at home
