CARE COORDINATOR TALENT POOL – Not a live vacancy
This is not an active vacancy. It is an ongoing talent pool for South African healthcare coordination professionals.
We are building a pipeline of qualified Care Coordinators to be considered for remote, US-based healthcare and ABA therapy opportunities as they become available through our clients. When a suitable role opens, we will reach out directly to candidates whose experience most closely matches the requirements.

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN CARE COORDINATORS
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or client support
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Must be comfortable communication with US-based teams via Teams, email and telecom
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working US business hours (EST alignment)
- Experience supporting US-based clients is advantageous
- Familiarity with systems such as CentralReach, ClickUp, Intermedia, EHR platforms, or similar tools is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards is beneficial
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
All roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:
- Fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) – Wi-Fi only will not be sufficient
- Reliable backup power to manage loadshedding (UPS, Inverter, Generator, Solar, etc.)
- A dedicated, professional home workspace
