Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, bench-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is excited to contribute directly to cutting-edge medical technology. A formal degree is not required—strong practical experience is what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine-pitch BGAs under a microscope

  • Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations

  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy

  • Run functional tests on incoming and assembled hardware; document results clearly

  • Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards

  • Assist with lab operations, including organization, equipment upkeep, and basic lab management

  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment; coordinate with external vendors as needed

  • Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB rework

  • Comfortable working under a microscope on small, delicate components

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

  • Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment

  • Self-starter who’s comfortable at the bench and adapting in a startup environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a regulated environment, especially medical devices

  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC-7711, IPC-7721, IPC-6012, and IPC-6013

  • Exposure to equipment calibration or lab coordination
