About the role
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Marketing Technology Strategy and Governance to lead the strategic planning, governance, and execution of marketing technology initiatives. This role will ensure the effective integration, optimization, and compliance of marketing technology platforms to support Qiddiya’s marketing objectives and drive business growth.
The Senior Manager will oversee the marketing technology landscape, defining governance frameworks, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value and impact of marketing technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing technology strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Establish governance policies and frameworks to ensure consistent, secure, and compliant use of marketing technology platforms.
- Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and partners to optimize service delivery and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies with other business systems.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of new marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance marketing performance.
- Lead training and enablement programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of marketing technologies across the organization.
- Monitor marketing technology performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the marketing technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology strategy, management, or governance roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing marketing technology governance frameworks and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data management tools.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing technology.
