Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated and skilled Commis 1 - Pastry to join the pastry team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and confectionery items under the supervision of senior pastry chefs.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work closely with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously learn and improve pastry techniques and knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis 1 - Pastry or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must be currently in UAE
