Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, controls)Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficientlyTroubleshoot issues quickly and accurately—no guessworkCommunicate clearly with dispatch, managers, and customersPresent repair options, maintenance plans, and financing when appropriateBuild trust with homeowners through professionalism and solid workKeep your truck stocked and paperwork accurateShow up looking professional and ready to work every dayWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years residential HVAC service experienceEPA Certification (required)NATE and/or other certifications a plus, not a mustComfortable working in attics and crawl spacesStrong communication and follow-throughPhysically capable of lifting 60+ lbsCoachable, reliable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
