π° On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)
What You Bring
- 1β5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning a territory
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred
- Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

About the Role
As a Provider Relationship Manager, youβll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.
Youβll spend 4β5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
What Youβll Do
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
- Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
- Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
- Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
- Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
