Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust IT infra, network and security with a focus on cisco network and firewall platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in LAN, WAN, wireless, load-balancer, Firewalls, Meraki, DNAC and IPAM, and must be capable of developing high-availability, scalable network solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise networking components like IP network subnets, LAN/WAN/Wireless, firewalls, load balancers, Meraki and VPN gateways
- Deploy, managing and monitor network resources through global Infrastructure
- Plan and execute data center & office network migrations, deployments and optimizations to enhance performance and scalability.
- Develop and implement solutions for complex network challenges in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure network security, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Document network configurations, policies, and best practices for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure network security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of IT network and security environments.
- Develop strategies for network devices backup, recovery, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to provide network and security solutions for business.
- Define and maintain network standards HDLD / LLD design documentation, and procedures.
- Deep knowledge on service-now ticking system, this includes P1/P2 incident resolution and change management process.
- Evaluate the network technologies with automation tools and templates to improve efficiency and performance.
- Work as a team, share the knowledge and train to junior team members
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in network architecture
- Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise network technologies, including SDWAN, BGP, OSPF,EIGRP, QoS, wireless network solutions, Cisco IP VPN, and Meraki
- Hands -on experience on Nexus switches – configuration, troubleshooting and upgradation.
- Detailed understand and provide the solutions of advanced network security topics, such as cisco firewall (ASA, FTD and FMC)
- Strong knowledge on F5 load balancer to provide the solutions and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NTP, RADIUS and TACACS
- Understanding network monitoring, NetFlow, capacity management
- Strong exposure troubleshooting skills on Wireshark and packet analyzer.
- Experience on cisco DNAC solutions with edge and boarder layer
- Experience on design and solution in high availability, disaster recovery, and failover planning.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise and DMZ network traffic management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good knowledge of HDLD/ LLD documentation preparation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and have clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to function in a Global organization with a flexible and dynamic team environment
Preferred Qualifications/Certification:
- Cisco certification CCNP equivalent switching and routing
- Cisco CCNA and CCNP-security certification
- Advantages with cloud-based network (AWS and Azure) certification
- Exposure to network automation tools and scripting
- Advantage adding the ITIL certification
