ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Global Client Success Tax Analyst, you’ll become a trusted partner to clients, helping them unlock the full value of our Tax Engine. In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, providing expert guidance, solving complex challenges, and partnering with colleagues to recommend solutions that drive real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support global clients with tax engine queries and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor.
• Review configurations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product and Tax Research teams.
• Create training materials and improve client experience.
• Help drive continuous improvements across processes and systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of experience in expatriate or employment tax.
• Background in a multinational company or Big 4 preferred.
• CTA, ATT, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of employment / expatriate / global mobility tax and compliance.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for technology, collaboration, and continuous learning.

NICE TO HAVE

• Additional certifications in expatriate, international, or global mobility tax.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with the Equus Mobile Workforce Platform or similar systems
