About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter . This is a part-time opportunity designed for final-year students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned projects, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stageSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channelsScreen and filter applications based on job requirementsConduct phone screenings and HR interviewsCoordinate and align with hiring managers throughout the hiring processSchedule interviews and follow up with candidatesOrganize and participate in open days and mass hiring eventsMaintain recruitment trackers and candidate databasesEnsure a positive and professional candidate experienceRequirements
Final-year university student or Fresh Graduate1 year experience freelance is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in recruitment (internship or part-time experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies Organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
