Position Purpose:

To provide professional air duct cleaning and related HVAC services in residential and light commercial settings, improving indoor air quality, system efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related services

• Inspect duct systems and identify cleanliness, airflow, or performance concerns

• Safely operate duct cleaning equipment and specialized tools

• Educate customers on findings, system conditions, and maintenance recommendations

• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and applicable codes

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles

• Accurately document services performed and materials used

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

• 24 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)

• Prior HVAC or duct cleaning experience preferred (training available with those with some experence)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Pay:

Starting at $20- $25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts

• Monday through Friday

• Occasional weekends as needed

• Year-round work
