North Point Technology is hiring a Data Integration Lead to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for a data-focused engineer who builds and manages pipelines that ensure intelligence data is accessible, reliable, and mission-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage data ingestion pipelines across intelligence systems
- Normalize and structure data for downstream analysis and dissemination
- Support ETL processes and data transformation in classified environments
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems
- Work with analysts and engineers to ensure data usability
- Identify gaps in data flow and improve integration performance
- Support system-to-system data exchange across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or mission systems
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines in DoD or IC environments
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data
- Experience working in SCIF environments supporting mission operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army data systems
- Experience with SQL, data transformation tools, or ETL frameworks
- Familiarity with intelligence data feeds or sensor data
- Experience supporting large-scale or distributed data environments
