This role supports HR Operations, People Analytics, and Employee Experience activities to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate data management, and a positive employee journey across the organization. The role works closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams to maintain HR systems, generate reports, and support employee lifecycle processes.

The position combines operational execution, data support, and employee service mindset to help build an efficient and employee-friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle updates, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Assist in HR process execution such as offer creation, documentation, and policy adherence
  • Support background verification and employee documentation tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR service delivery

People Data & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards on attrition, hiring, headcount, and attendance
  • Maintain and update HR MIS reports on a regular basis
  • Support data validation and ensure accuracy across HR systems
  • Help in consolidating employee data for reporting and analysis
  • Assist in basic analysis of HR metrics and trends

Employee Experience Support

  • Support onboarding experience for new hires to ensure smooth induction
  • Assist in employee engagement activities such as surveys and feedback collection
  • Help track employee feedback and support implementation of engagement initiatives
  • Support HR communication and employee queries
  • Assist in improving employee touchpoints across lifecycle stages
HR Process & Coordination
  • Support HR process improvements through data collection and feedback tracking
  • Coordinate with HRBPs and HR Operations teams on ongoing activities
  • Assist in maintaining HR process documentation and SOPs
  • Support automation and system updates in HR tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Support, or People Operations
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Darwinbox, or similar is a plus)
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on employee experience
