Requirements

Position Summary: The role involves managing customer interactions, handling quotations and purchase orders, supporting external sales teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. The ideal candidate should have engineering expertise, strong knowledge of CX and CRM tools, and experience working in an MNC environment.

Key Duties

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system to track sales activities. 
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide insights to the external sales team. 
  • Handle documentation and coordination for import and export transactions
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports for sales tracking and performance evaluation.

External Sales Support

  • Work closely with the external sales team to provide back-end support. 
  • Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 
  • Hands-on experience in CX and CRM tools for managing customer relationships. 
  • Experience working in an MNC environment with cross-functional coordination. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
