Weβre looking for a friendly, high-energy, organized Veterinary Assistant / CSR to join our squad. Youβll play a huge role in leveling up patient care while building real connections with clients (and yesβ¦ youβll get paid to hang out with adorable pets all day).
This is a dual role- for veterinary assistance / technician and client service representativeΒ
What Youβll Be Doing (aka your main character responsibilities):
- Be the go-to for client communication + educationβbreaking things down in a way that actually makes sense
- Carry out doctor-recommended treatment plans and help keep patients on track
- Safely restrain and handle pets during exams and treatments (keeping them comfy + stress-free)
- Assist with exams, procedures, and surgeriesβfrom prep to recovery
- Monitor patient vitals and report updates to the doctor/team
- Prep exam rooms, clean/sterilize equipment, and keep everything looking sharp
- Help with lab work (running tests, collecting samples, etc.)
- Support pharmacy tasks like filling medications and explaining how to use them
- Jump in wherever neededβappointments, check-ins, dischargesβyou name it
- Work side-by-side with your team to deliver consistent, top-tier patient care
- Keep things positive, calm, and supportiveβeven when itβs busy (because it will get busy)
What Weβre Looking For:
- Genuine passion for animal care + helping pet parents feel confident
- Strong communication skills (you know how to read the room and explain things clearly)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a touch of professionalism
- Experience in the veterinary field is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
