About the Role:
Global Pacific Support is partnering with a growing healthcare client to bring on a Medical Virtual Assistant. If youβre organized, detail-driven, and ready to support patients and providers, this role is for you. Youβll help keep operations running smoothly by managing scheduling, handling payments, and supporting the healthcare team β all from the comfort of your home.
What Youβll Do:
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Assist with payment collection through secure online systems.
- Update patient records and handle data entry with accuracy.
- Provide reliable administrative support to the healthcare team.
Requirements
What Weβre Looking For:
- Prior admin/receptionist experience (healthcare background preferred).
- Experience with billing or payment processing is a plus.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling and office tools.
- U.S.-based, with knowledge of healthcare practices (HIPAA familiarity a bonus).
