We are seeking a detail orientated and motivated motivated Maintenance Support Coordinator to join our team.

Opportunity:
As a Maintenance Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance planning activities along with our Supervisors and Planner, for our rolling stock fleet. Your role will ensure the safety, reliability, and availability of our trains, aligning with JB’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement maintenance plans provided by the Maintenance Planner in conjunction with Supervisors and Team leaders.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant stakeholders, including engineering, operations, safety teams and external contractors
• Monitor and analyse fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and compliance with maintenance protocols.
• Assist in developing maintenance budgets and optimising resource allocation.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Perform payroll activities for the direct staff in Maintenance
• Create rosters for the team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance needs are optimised
• Manage asset and gauge calibrations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coordinating maintenance planning activities.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word.
• Use of Maintenance management systems is desirable but not essential.
