After School Educator

This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It’s ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe
  
  

We're Actively Seeking Instructors with Experience in Jiu Jitsu, Sports, Cooking or Gymnastics or any of these activities:

Jiu Jitsu:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 2:25 PM – 3:30 PM (TK–K students).
Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (1st–3rd grade).

Gymnastics: Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (1st–3rd grade).

Sports: Pickeball, Volleyball, Soccer, Flagfootball
Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM 4th–6th grade sports rotation (3 weeks per activity)

Hourly Pay Rate: $50.
Estimated Start Date 8/14/2026 / Estimated End Date 12/16/2026

Requirements

• 18+ years of age

• Ability and willingness to complete online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
• Authorization to work in the US
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
