General Application: Future Opportunities at Loft Federal
Loft Federal supports the U.S. national security space community by delivering mission-ready space infrastructure, payload integration, mission software, and operational capability with speed and discipline.
If you are interested in Loft Federal but do not see a current opening that matches your background, we encourage you to submit a general application. Our team reviews general applications regularly and may reach out if your experience aligns with current or future needs.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience across national security space, spacecraft systems, payload integration, mission software, autonomy, RF and optical systems, AI&T, program execution, business development, capture, finance, contracts, security, and operations.
Strong candidates tend to bring:
- A record of ownership in technically complex environments
- First-principles thinking and the ability to work from mission need, constraints, risk, and execution reality
- Experience turning ambiguity into executable plans, architectures, requirements, trades, or operating rhythms
- Strong communication skills across technical, programmatic, customer, and business stakeholders
- Bias toward action, disciplined follow-through, and mission-focused problem solving
- Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, or other high-consequence technical environments
Loft Federal roles require U.S. citizenship and regular onsite work in Arvada, Colorado. Many require eligibility for a U.S. security clearance. Some roles require an active clearance.
Submitting a general application does not guarantee consideration for every future role. We encourage you to continue checking our careers page and applying directly to positions that match your experience.

We Hire for Talent, Not Just Resumes

At Loft Federal, we value diverse perspectives, respectful debate, and people who challenge assumptions. If you’re excited about a role but don’t meet every requirement, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Third-Party Recruiters & Agencies
No outside recruiters, please. Loft Federal does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, staffing agencies, or third-party recruiters. We will not pay fees for candidates submitted without a signed agreement in place.
