About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our project team in Skelleftea, Sweden. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Electrical works, ensuring activities are carried out safely, on programme, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
• Support the coordination and delivery of Electrical works across the project lifecycle
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Assist with the implementation of site QA/QC processes and ensure works are completed to required standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and the wider project team on daily electrical site activities
• Monitor site progress and report on programme status to senior engineers and management
• Ensure all electrical documentation, including technical submittals and safety documentation, is maintained and up to date
• Attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, and Planning Meetings
• Liaise with the design team to request and track construction information (RFIs)
• Assist with installation checks, inspections, and verification of electrical systems on site
• Support commercial management by tracking variations and assisting with progress claims
• Identify and assist in resolving technical, design, and coordination issues
• Assist with the management and close-out of electrical snagging items
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar discipline
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience within the electrical construction sector
• Experience working on electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and associated services
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site practices
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and coordinate with subcontractors
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and installation methodologies
• Experience in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is advantageous
