· You'll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
· You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
· You'll monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure compliance with all project and corporate financial objectives.
· You'll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required.
· You'll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
· You'll conduct variance analysis, cash flow tracking, and earned value performance reporting.
· You'll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
· You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to project leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
· You'll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
· You'll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
7–10 years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems and expert use of Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate financial implications.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication capabilities.
Background in life sciences, manufacturing, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
10 - 15 years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
Advance knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
Advance proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems and expert use of Microsoft Excel.
