Canaves Collection, a leading company in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry with four luxury properties located in the cosmopolitan village of Oia, Santorini, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join its team. The company is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World and has been recognized for its top-quality service and gastronomy offerings. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by leading and supervising the front desk team, handling guest requests and concerns, and ensuring efficient front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the front desk and ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
• In cooperation with the Guest Experience Manager, train and mentor Guest Experience agents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, with the aim of achieving guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure the timely and efficient cleaning and turnover of rooms.
• Ensure accurate billing and data entry in the hotel PMS (Opera).
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's facilities and services, as well as local attractions and activities, to effectively assist guests with inquiries and reservations.

Requirements

• A degree in Tourism or Hospitality is required
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command in English is required
