Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

A well-established outpatient physical therapy office in Winchester, VA is looking for a Physical Therapist Director to lead clinical care and support daily clinic operations. This position is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys patient care, team leadership, and helping a clinic run with strong systems and clear standards.

In this role, you will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, pain, and movement limitations while also guiding staff, reviewing documentation, and supporting the overall performance of the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide direct outpatient physical therapy treatment
• Lead daily clinical operations and support staff coordination
• Review patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Support therapists and clinical staff with care planning and documentation
• Monitor clinical quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Assist with staff development, workflow improvements, and clinic organization

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Professional communication and team leadership skills
