Requirements

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Pediatric nursing experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Experience providing skilled one-on-one nursing care in home settings preferred
• Experience supporting high-acuity pediatric home cases, such as trach or vent care, G-tubes, seizure care, or similar complex needs, is a plus
• Experience delivering family-centered, patient-first care is a plus
• Compassionate communication with patients and families while supporting complex medical needs is a plus
