Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Marketer with a strong foundation in content strategy and copywriting to drive the go-to-market success of our UEM solutions. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all touchpoints.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketer with a strong focus toward Product-Led Growth (PLG) in B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

Product-Led Growth (PLG)

  • Lead product and feature research to uncover user needs, friction points, and adoption opportunities.
  • Own product analytics and reporting, including:
    • Identify high-friction points within the user journey and uncover opportunities for "Aha!" moments.
    • Analyze conversion signals and drop-off rates to design self-serve onboarding flows, reducing Time-to-Value (TTV).
    • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to analyze and deploy A/B tests aimed at driving feature adoption.
    • Own the product analytics ecosystem, defining the data schema and ensuring robust event-driven tracking across the entire application.
    • Create and maintain visualization dashboards and reports to provide Customer Success and Product Management teams with real-time visibility into health scores, churn risks, and usage trends.
  • Develop and execute strategy for in-app communications, including:
    • Product tours, feature announcements, surveys, and contextual guidance
    • NPS strategy to turn customer feedback into actionable insights
    • Route feedback pipelines into Product/PM processes

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–4 years experience in Product Marketing with a strong emphasis on:
    • Product-Led Growth [PLG] (Product Analytics, In-App Strategies)
    • B2B (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong analytical capability: can define metrics, build dashboards, interpret behavior, and turn insights into actions.
  • Strong writing and narrative ability: can turn product details into clear, persuasive, persona-specific messaging.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving execution across teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Pendo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom.
  • Domain experience in UEM, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyer + user dynamics (multi-stakeholder, security reviews, IT admins, etc.)
