KeystoneCare – Director of Marketing & Business Development

KeystoneCare is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Marketing & Business Development for our Home Care and Hospice divisions. This executive leadership role will be pivotal in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance market presence. The selected candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in home care and hospice services, along with demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams.

As the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and payers, to position KeystoneCare as a leader in providing compassionate home care and hospice services.

This role offers a competitive base salary along with bonus and commission opportunities tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expanding service lines and enhancing service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community leaders, and healthcare professionals.
  • Direct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and positioning within the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure that sales and marketing initiatives align with service capabilities and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Represent KeystoneCare at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on home care and hospice services preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to represent the organization and foster key partnerships.
  • RN preferred but not required
