About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of global technology and data collection projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in project management within fast-paced, international environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and reporting
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (testers, evaluators)
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed
Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals
Maintain clear communication with management and team members
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Languages
English (at least B2) – required
Ukrainian (native) – required
Additional languages – a plus
