About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all aircraft systems are functioning correctly.
• Plan flight routes, considering weather conditions, air traffic, and fuel requirements.
• Operate aircraft controls and navigate safely and efficiently during all phases of flight.
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground personnel.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations with calm and decisive action.
• Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.
• Participate in recurrent training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency.
• Contribute to a positive and safety-conscious team culture.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant type ratings.
• Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, with a significant portion in multi-engine jet aircraft.
• Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Exceptional situational awareness and crew resource management (CRM) abilities.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination.
• Proven track record of safe and professional flight operations.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in aviation.
