The Trade & Operations Support role is responsible for supporting global trading activity during overnight and early market sessions. This role helps expand market coverage by providing real-time trade support, monitoring of systems health and connectivity, and resolving operational issues outside of standard business hours.
Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
- Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
- Troubleshoot and escalate operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience.
- Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows
- Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
- Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
- Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment
- Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
- SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain
