As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Your efforts will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in Slovak and English across multiple channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure comprehensive solutions to customer challenges
  • Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
  • Keep informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational proficiency
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
