About the role
Optimal is looking for a Business Savvy & Communicative Junior Sales Executive based in Athens.
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients (across various industries), and supporting the Company's expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and trends in need of specialized medical services
- Initiate and manage contact with potential B2B clients across a wide range of industries
- Manage initial outreach, appointment setting, and relationship nurturing
- Accompany senior management to client meetings and assist in tailoring proposals to fit client needs
- Maintain and update internal CRM and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy for both sales and operational purposes/ to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making
- Monitoring RFP's & RFI's
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery
Qualifications:
- BSc in Marketing & Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools is a plus
