Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, increase online engagement, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
• Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Update website content, landing pages, and digital advertisements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
• Support SEO initiatives by implementing keyword optimization and content best practices.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns and performance marketing.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
