RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic Data Analyst who can help drive improvements in the operations of a small startup, as well as the implementation of automation solutions with various low-code/no-code tooling. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and experience in product and operations management.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Become proficient with the operations of a small startup by learning, modifying, and improving their use of internal tools (Notion, Google - Drive/Docs, Zapier, Retool).

- Manage manual processes, learn them, then facilitate the transition to more automated systems.

- Liaise between product development and operations to ensure seamless process integration and a consistent feedback loop to improve the product.

- Support strategy development in collaboration with the COO, VP of Customer Success, Head of Growth, and VP of Finance.  

 

Required Qualifications:  

- Experience identifying areas of a manual operation/workflow that can be automated using low-code/no-code software tools.

- Proficiency with SQL.

- Expertise with Retool and Zapier.

- Analytical thinking with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

 - Experience working in a small tech startup is a plus.

- Background in product ops or product management, particularly in a technological environment, a plus.
