A global automotive organization is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and expand its commercial operations. This executive-level position plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening relationships with global OEMs and strategic partners, and ensuring long-term profitability in a highly competitive market.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities to design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with global objectives. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing complex negotiations, identifying market opportunities, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required r equivalent Level
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience within the automotive supply industry (Tier 1/Tier 2).
  • Strong background in business development, key account management, and market expansion.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of OEM purchasing strategies and automotive market dynamics.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.
  • Lead complex negotiations and framework agreements with OEMs and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global automotive manufacturers.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, forecasts, and budgets to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and production teams.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the local sales team.
