Your future role within QRT

  • Your core objective is to manage the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions, taking responsibility for the end-to-end candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top universities and relevant student groups
  • Plan and lead campus events for students including giving company presentations, attending career events, hosting in-house days and managing interview days
  • You will use your creativity and critical eye to constantly evaluate how we can improve and expand our activities and branding to make sure we reach the right talent
  • As a super-user of our recruitment platform, you will efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle and guide candidates throughout the process, leaving all applicants with a positive experience
  • You will work together with our Campus Team to deliver a global internship/graduate recruitment programme, increasing the presence of QRT at campus and industry events

Your present skillset

  • 3-7 years’ experience recruiting within the technology/investment management/fintech sector - in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred
  • Experience working with social media and recruitment platforms, specifically Greenhouse and LinkedIn
  • Significant experience using candidate and market data to drive decision-making in the hiring process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Mandarin (required) to liaise with stakeholders, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through to successful completion of tasks
  • Collaborative, critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, high-velocity, evolving environment
