About the Role:
We're looking for a marketing leader to help millions of people around the world discover PicCollage, the easiest and most creative way to make collages, edit photos, and tell their stories. You'll own marketing campaigns and channels end-to-end — shaping the approach, leading execution, and using data to make them better over time — while partnering closely with our Product, Design, and Growth teams.
This role is open at two seniority levels, with the final title and scope depending on experience and capability. At the Marketing Manager level, you'll independently own strong, well-executed work and grow into broader ownership over time. At the Senior Marketing Manager level, you'll set direction, lead major cross-functional initiatives, and help steer the team through ambiguity, including stepping into higher-level scope when needed. If you're energized by owning meaningful work in a fast-moving, international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will do:
Campaign & Channel Leadership
Lead campaigns end-to-end — from planning and prioritization through execution, measurement, and optimization (seasonal, product-feature, and more).
Own and grow existing marketing channels and help propose and develop potential new channels where there is an appropriate opportunity.
Translate marketing strategy into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables, and keep work moving across teams.
Team Leadership
Guide and support marketing team members across priorities, workload, skill development, and career growth.
Help translate team goals into clear plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
Coach team members on campaign strategy, execution quality, and data-informed decision-making.
Partner with other managers and functional leads to balance workload, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional work moving.
Strategy & Decision-Making
Bring a clear marketing point of view: define the approach, make tradeoff decisions, and prioritize for impact.
Operate effectively with incomplete information, navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities shift.
Defend recommendations with sound reasoning and data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with our Product, Design, and Growth teams as well as senior leadership to align marketing with product and business goals.
Influence and move work forward across teams, building the relationships needed to deliver strong outcomes.
Represent the marketing perspective in cross-functional planning and decisions.
Data-Informed Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics tools, App Store data, and internal dashboards.
Use data to propose improvements, inform decisions, and continuously raise the quality of our marketing.
Apply a strong understanding of the PicCollage product and audience — who we're for, what problem we solve, and what makes us different — to everything you do.
What we are looking for:
Experience working with international markets and teams, with a strong understanding of Western / US market trends and audiences.
Native-level or near-native command of written and spoken English.
Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to move work forward across teams.
Data-informed approach to decision-making, with comfort using analytics and dashboards.
Strong strategic thinking to both define an approach and translate it into excellent execution.
Proven project and workflow ownership: able to manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and coordination reliably, and to oversee multiple workstreams as scope grows.
A genuine understanding of and curiosity about the PicCollage product, its users, and what differentiates it.
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing apps or digital products (strongly preferred).
People management or team/stakeholder leadership experience — increasingly important at the senior level, where leadership is expected even without direct reports.
Depth in one or more channels, such as influencer, ASO, lifecycle (email/push/ in-app), paid, or content.
