What is Expert Performance and Planning?

The Expert Performance and Planning will play a vital role in supporting ng the strategic direction on of the Jazz Lifestyle Ventures (JLV). This position on is responsible for business performance management, support ng business planning cycles, and delivering effective data reporting to consistently track progress against business goals.

What does Expert Performance and Planning do?

Business Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate core business and financial KPIs across the digital ecosystem to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Business Planning & Tracking: Support the execution on of annual and multi-year business planning cycles, budge ng, tracking progress against operational roadmaps and strategic milestones.

• Performance Reporting: Assist in tracking the progress and performance of high-impact strategic initiatives and projects across various digital verticals.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with operational stream leads to gather and integrate accurate performance data, ensuring all business units are tracking effectively against their targeted outcomes.

• Data Storytelling: Prepare and present performance reports to management, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in business performance management, strategic planning, or business reporting, preferably within the digital or technology industry.

Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in tracking business metrics, evaluating performance data, and translating complex information into clear and actionable operational insights.

Reporting Expertise: Proven experience in developing, automating, and maintaining effective reporting frameworks, dashboards, and management reports.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of digital business models, operational KPIs, and structured business planning and performance management processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present performance insights, business metrics, and analytical findings clearly and concisely to management and strategy teams.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create impactful reports and presentations.
