About the role

Idt
Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing up to the onboarding of new hires. Responsibilities include developing and improving recruitment strategies, leverage existing sources and coming up with new ones that can help the candidate flow, screening and interviewing applicants and reporting back the results of the different positions being filled at the IDT Guatemala location.
Good communication, great interpersonal skills, teamwork and experience recruiting different roles is desired.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as recruiter or similar position.
  • English level 85% written and spoken.
  • Ability to work onsite and remote as required.
  • Self motivated and goal oriented person.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with massive recruitment is a plus
  • Studies in Organizational Psychology or similar are are are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high level of accuracy.
  • Team player.
