We are currently seeking to add a full-time Marketing Coordinator to our team. This position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Fort Myers, Florida, location. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible pending training and positive performance
Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator :
- Work alongside our Southwest Florida-based Marketing & Proposals team in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in south Florida
- Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications
- Support proposal plan preparation and production
- Support PowerPoint presentation creation, editing, and organization
- Assist with the writing, cataloging, and updating of project materials, such as project descriptions and team resumes
- Produce hard-copy proposal documents, as needed, from the Fort Myers, Florida, office
- Travel to client locations to deliver proposals, on occasion
- Support special events and trade shows, on occasion
- Perform tasks to ensure the quality of marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews
- Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a marketer, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities
- Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Highly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
- Ability to work in-person at the Fort Myers, Florida, office
- Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion
- Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation
