Salary: Hourly Framework (Step3) Range: $26.68 - $32.52/ per hour. Salary is commensurate with experience and education level.

JOB SUMMARY
The Academic Coach is responsible for ensuring that students with diverse needs have access to our general education curriculum. Academic Coaches are essential to maintaining our low student-teacher ratio and ensuring all students get the individualized attention required for success.
Duties include:
Services typically include supporting students in summer school classes and providing specialized academic instruction.
This is a short-term position for summer programming only. The number of positions needed will depend on the final enrollment.
The ideal candidate would possess the following competencies:

● Exhibits knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles

SALARY
Hourly Framework; Summer Program Coach with a pay range of $26.68 - $32.52/hour; Effective July 1st there will be a 6.7% increase to the framework.
