About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will act on behalf of business stakeholders, overseeing and grooming a combined prioritized backlog for multiple agile scrum development teams.

- The Business Analyst will act on behalf of business stakeholders, overseeing and grooming a combined prioritized backlog for multiple agile scrum development teams.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business processes, solution user profiles, objectives, expectations, and priorities and communicate those topics to the development teams in the form of user stories.
- The successful candidate will have experience in eliciting requirements, identifying process improvements, and developing business process flows and mockups.
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business discipline, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analyst or working with technical teams. • Experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events.
- 1+ years of experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure, DevSecOps).
- 1+ years of experience modeling business processes, eliciting requirements, identifying business process improvements, and developing an overall solution vision and roadmap.
- 1+ years of experience in leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation to effectively interact with partners and clients and develop new business.
- 1+ years of experience working in an agile scrum solution development environment.
- 1+ years of experience demonstrating solution features to stakeholders, share knowledge, and provide tool and process guidance.
- 1+ years of experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Basic understanding of healthcare system to include patients, providers, payers, pharmacy, hospitals and their associated business processes and operations.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
