Job description:

  • Provide first and second-level support for server, network, and system incidents.
  • Monitor infrastructure components and respond to alerts and status changes.
  • Assist in system backups, patch verification, and restore operations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and OS-level issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support Active Directory, file shares, and access permissions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment replacement or advanced support.
  • Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base.
  • Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure operations.
  • Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and device configurations.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Can work FULLY ONSITE (Cubao)
