Purpose of Position:
Reporting to the Head of Pricing, the role of the Senior Pricing Analyst is a key part of the Finance team.
The objective of the role is to prepare product quotations / tenders based on up to date market dynamics while ensuring timely contract booking with sourcing. 
The role will also involve business partnering with the Sales Teams, Marketing, R&D, Operations while also helping to role out ERP systems Salesforce CPQ.
 
This person will need to be a detail orientated, self-starter with a broad business mindset who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team and acts with drive, determination and resilience and has an ability to build strong cross functional relationships and challenge the status quo.

  • Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations of pricing quotations and contract booking
  • Pricing responsibility for the business’s strategic customers and quotes
  • Active role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiations
  • System implementation and usage M3, CPQ
  • Support the completion of the Pricing process for the business unit
  • Aid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budget
  • Become an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where required
  • Professional and Personal skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English.
  • Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; effective knowledge sharing.
  • Analytical & Process Skills: Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Soft Skills: Team player with a positive attitude, continuous‑improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships.
  • Details:

  • Location: Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites.
  • Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
  • Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
  • Level: Impiegatizio
  • Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
  • Remuneration: starting from RAL 40.000 €
