DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Los Agentes de Ventas, Cobranza o Servicio al cleinte son especialistas en asistir a los clientes mediante llamada telefónica u otros medios digitales en consultas generales o realizar procesos muy especificos acerca de los servicios que ofrece la compañía.
Como Agente Telefónico en Español, brindarás atención excepcional a nuestros clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas entrantes y salientes. Serás responsable de ofrecer soluciones precisas, generar relaciones de confianza y garantizar que cada interacción refleje el compromiso de Oportun con un servicio de excelencia.

RESPONSABILIDADES
Brindar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad con empatía y profesionalismo.
Atender consultas y resolver dudas relacionadas con las cuentas de los clientes.
Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes de manera eficiente.
Cumplir con los indicadores de calidad, productividad y cumplimiento.
Representar los valores de Oportun en cada interacción con los clientes.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS
Ser mayor de 18 años.
Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en español.
Experiencia previa en Call Center, Atención al Cliente, Ventas o Cobranza.
Manejo básico de computadora.
Facilidad para utilizar múltiples sistemas y aplicaciones web.
Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office.
Escolaridad mínima: Preparatoria.
Residir actualmente en León, Guanajuato, o contar con disponibilidad para trasladarse diariamente.
Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo, con horarios rotativos y fines de semana.
Habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y orientación al cliente
