The Opportunity

  • Look across the full consumer experience (onboarding, account management, payments, rewards, loyalty) and identify the problems worth solving, then build solutions that work across partners and products

  • Ship consumer-facing improvements at speed, using AI-assisted tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma Make as a core part of daily work to prototype, iterate, and get to production faster

  • Go deep on customer insight by talking to customers, reading support tickets and app reviews, digging into behavioral data, and building a point of view grounded in what users actually do rather than what the persona deck says

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and partner teams to make thoughtful tradeoffs between customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner needs

  • Build the strategic case for what to build next, sequenced against the product roadmap and designed to leverage Imprint's platform at scale across all partners and products

  • Tie decisions to metrics that represent real outcomes, using data to guide decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle

Your Profile

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products, ideally mobile-first

  • Strong consumer product sense with high design taste; you've shipped work you'd recognize as well-crafted, and you sweat details like typography, motion, and friction in a flow

  • Communicates with clarity; can explain complex tradeoffs to engineering, design, executives, and partners in a way that drives alignment

  • Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make); ability to produce near-production code is a plus, and you know how to pull in Engineering to go from idea to production-ready

  • Fluent in Figma, Claude Design, and modern design workflows

  • Strong analytical instincts; knows how to understand the data behind consumer behavior and use it to inform product decisions

  • Solutions-oriented and fast-shipping; you see a problem, find a solution, and get it built without waiting to be told

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you convert ambiguity into clarity, break problems into incremental milestones, and keep teams aligned without introducing unnecessary process

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty, rewards, or regulated consumer environments

  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments where you owned product end-to-end with limited scaffolding

  • Background in building products that serve diverse customer segments or underrepresented populations

  • Deep analytical experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
