We are looking for enthusiastic, communicative young professionals to join a brand-new pilot team in Greece representing one of the world's most famous, high-end British-Australian kitchen and coffee appliance brands. In this role, you will be the friendly voice saving coffee lovers across Europe, helping them get the absolute most out of their sleek, premium espresso setups.
No previous customer service experience? No worries at all! We provide a comprehensive, fully paid training program to transform you into a true coffee appliance expert. All you need is a positive attitude, a passion for talking to people, and a desire to live life to the fullest under the Greek sun!
What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)
- Be the Coffee Hero: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
- Provide Smart After-Sales Support: Guide users through fun, uncomplex daily scenarios—from setting up their new machines and troubleshooting simple quirks to handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
- Work with Top Tech: Manage your daily customer interactions smoothly using industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting-edge internal AI applications.
- Join a Massive Community: Build a great network as part of the largest language team on this project, working in a bustling environment where English keeps everyone connected.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid command of English (B2–C1) for your training and software systems.
- PC Basics: Comfortable navigating computers with a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Mindset: An open-minded, communicative, and solution-driven personality who loves interacting with people.
