About the role

Makro PRO

  1. Leading development of the Trade Planning to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
  2. Responsible for management, monitoring, evaluating trade promotions and trade marketing investments and initiatives execution and performance
  3. Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels to grow the categories
  4. Define range plan (quantities and price range) based on consumer analytics to deliver against financial target
  5. Responsible for developing commercial campaign to drive sale by working closely with marketing and business intelligence team
  6. Collaborate with commercial and marketing team to make sure consumer and stores input into merchandise decisions
  7. Finalization the range of assortment plan
  8. Drive sales performance by developing and initiating the promotional program
  9. Responsible for conducting campaign analysis alongside business intelligence team to gain commercial insights
  10. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating campaign on product assortment planning

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising or business) preferred
  2. At least 5-7 years in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to revenue growth; retail experience is a plus
  3. Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
  4. Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skillset required
  5. Can work in a fast paced environment; Is highly organized and a  creative problem solver with an attention to detail
