The Role:
Join Viva.com’s vibrant Direct Sales team and play a key role in helping businesses grow. As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential merchants — identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering real value through our cutting-edge products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and convert interest into successful sales;
  • Present Viva.com’s offering in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner;
  • Schedule qualified appointments or route high-potential leads to the field sales team as needed;
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, following all required procedures;
  • Maintain detailed call records and capture key insights to support follow-ups and strategy;
  • Take part in targeted cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns to maximize value;
  • Consistently aim to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients;
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., CRM insights, automated reports, smart call summaries) to optimize your daily workflow and elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered you should have:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably via phone;
  • A proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales goals;
  • Confidence using CRM systems, dialers, and AI-driven sales tools;
  • Quick to learn and able to explain complex products in a simple, persuasive way;
  • Native-level Greek and excellent English communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities;
  • Resilience and a positive, proactive mindset;
  • Ability to multitask while remaining organized and detail-oriented;
  • A high school diploma is required (a BSc/BA is a strong plus);
  • Tech-savvy and excited to embrace AI to boost productivity and impact.
