We are hiring on behalf of our client for experienced German-speaking Technical Support Engineers to support Microsoft Customers in their Microsoft Customer Support team. This is not entry-level support, this role is designed for professionals with a strong technical foundation who want to work with complex systems, enterprise environments, and real problem-solving.

And yes, you’ll be doing this while living in Greece.

Your Role

You’ll work with business customers, helping them resolve technical issues across Microsoft environments and services. This means collaboration, analysis, escalation when needed, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

You will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Microsoft business clients
  • Handle cases across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Log and manage cases in internal systems
  • Investigate root causes and provide structured solutions
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with business customers
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication

Requirements

Your Technical Background

This role suits someone with solid IT knowledge and hands-on experience.

You bring:

  • Fluency in German + strong English skills
  • Degree or background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar
  • 2–3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience (medium to large businesses)
  • Experience supporting business clients (B2B environment)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical knowledge in areas such as:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Microsoft productivity tools
  • Active Directory & Directory Services
  • Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Office applications
  • Skype for Business / Teams

Certifications like MCSE or Cisco are a strong advantage.
